Chris is a seasoned executive with over a decade of leadership experience at the Giampaolo Group. Since joining in 2011, he has held key roles across finance, operations, and procurement, and today oversees the overall performance and growth of the company.
Steve is the Founder and President of Safeline Group of Companies, with over 20 years of experience in construction and health & safety. Now leading GSC Construct, he continues to deliver trusted management and manpower solutions across Ontario.
Todd has over 20 years of experience in real estate and urban planning. As President of Real Estate for Giampaolo Developments, he has been instrumental in growing Giampaolo into a leading development company.
Derrick, CPA and CBV, is the CFO of the Giampaolo Group and GSC Construct. With over 20 years of financial and operational leadership, he has held senior roles at Ernst & Young and ABC Group, and serves on two private equity boards.
Matthew has over 20 years of project management experience, including 15 years in residential construction with nearly 2,000 units completed. He has overseen major builds such as Marriot TownePlace Suites, Gooderham and Clear Spirit Condos, Massey Tower, and the Immix Rental Building.
Mark is a Registered Professional Planner with over 20 years of experience in residential and industrial projects. He leads land acquisition, strategic planning, and development initiatives for Giampaolo Developments and GSC Construct.
Vincenza has nearly 20 years in procurement and project management, including a decade in construction and development. She has spent the past 4 years leading multimillion-dollar projects at Giampaolo Developments and GSC Construct.
