Vision Meets Execution
Last year Giampaolo Developments partnered with Safeline to launch and rapidly grow this new venture. We operate as a subsidiary of the Giampaolo Group, offering full cycle development and construction solutions across residential, industrial, and design-build sectors for not only our portfolio, but our JV's and third-party groups.
GSC Construct now acts as the execution arm for Giampaolo Developments, which has to date been involved in the development of more than 3,000 homes, collaborating with some of the most respected home builders in the Greater Toronto Area. Our group remains active in acquisitions and seeking strategic partnerships, and with well over 2,000 acres of diverse land holdings, we are well positioned in the low-rise, high rise, and PBR spaces.
GSC is also taking on 3rd party Construction Management work with selected partners, we have the ability to self perform on several scope items which allows us to offer competitive pricing and shared savings with our clients.
